Our love story is about as simple as a toddler trying to put on socks. A few years back, my best friend introduced us at a baseball game. We said "hey" and went our separate ways, like two ships passing in the night.

Then one fateful night in June of 2023, we randomly ended up at the same karaoke night at Crockets Bar in Morgantown, West Virginia. It was pure serendipity, like the universe was playing a cosmic prank on us. Zac wasn't even supposed to be there, and I was just trying to sing my heart out one last time with my coworkers before leaving my job to head back to Virginia.

Zac recognized me and tried to set me up with another guy. He had no idea I was secretly flirting up a storm until I just went for it and laid a big ol' kiss on him. The rest, as they say, is history. I can still hear my best friend warning me "don't you dare break his heart!" Little did they know, he stole my heart and I was about to steal his right then and there.

Two weeks after that fated meeting, I packed my bags and moved back to Virginia and our long distance relationship began. Talk about a whirlwind romance! Who needs a slow-burn when you can have a lightning bolt of love!
